Sarah S. Oldham presented at the CCAAML’s Biennial Seminar on April 27, 2018 at the Quinnipiac Medical School in Hamden. The seminar focused on understanding and preparing a matrimonial case for trial and provided valuable insight from experienced trial lawyers.  Sally Oldham presented on the topic of custody evaluation.  Her presentation analyzed case law and statutory authority regarding custody evaluations, challenges to the admissibility of custody experts, and psychological testing standards and protocol.
