Oldham is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers. She is a former President of the Connecticut Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has previously served as the Chair of the Family Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the CBA Family Law Section.
