On March 11, 2024, Attorney David Griffin will be co-presenting (with Alfred Casella, Esq.) at a joint meeting of the CBA Family Law Section and Estates & Probate Section, on the topic of “The Intersection of Trusts, Estates and Family Law: How to Make Sure You Don’t Make a Wrong Turn.” The presentation will span a variety of topics, from jurisdictional considerations to estate planning and death during a divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and how to divorce the highly planned, wealthy family. The presenters will also delve into international family considerations in the joint context of family law and estate planning.
Attorney Griffin is a frequent lecturer and writer on a variety of topics of interest to sophisticated family law practitioners. He is the former Chair of the Family Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
